Title: If only you knew… (Kung Alam Mo Lang…)

Summary: Bea and John are childhood friends who grew up together. As a child, Bea has always loved John but he was always chasing after some other girl. Whenever he had his heart broken, he would always come running back to Bea. At those times, Bea would always comfort him with a smile but would be crying inside. Finally, after realizing that it would only ever be a one-sided love, Bea goes abroad. In her new home, she meets Raefael who turns out to be none other than the famous actor, Raefael Russell. With his help, will she be able to love again? What happens when John realizes that the one he’s been searching was right beside him all along?

Jeric (Mark Bautista/John Lloyd) and Rachel (Sarah Geronimo?/Bea Alonzo) are childhood friends. In their teen years, Jeric has always looked for love in all the wrong places, every time Jeric comes to see Rachel with his heart broken, Rachel would always think to herself, what about me? Do you not see me? After they both graduated high school, Rachel goes to Australia to study for a year. There she saves Pete who is actually the famous Raefael Russell. Raefael starts to like Rachel and they both become good friends. As Raefael continues to spend more and more time with Rachel, he discovers the beautiful soul she has despite her appearance. Eventually, Rachel tells Raefael about Jeric and Raefael helps her blossom into a beautiful lady. [Raefael also tells Rachel his true identity.) One day, as Rachel visits Raefael’s photo shoot, she gets scouted when a model gets sick. Although reluctant, she agrees on the condition that they don’t reveal her name. With makeup and a wig, Rachel becomes almost unrecognizable. When Raefael who was looking for her see her, he finally realizes what he’d been feeling all along when he was with Rachel. He was in love with her. Rachel’s photograph ‘Walking in Faith’ becomes an instant success and many in the Philippines are looking for this mysterious model. Before long, it was time for Rachel to go back to Canada. (She was on a Study Abroad program.) Back in Canada, everyone is shocked by Rachel’s appearance and they are further shocked when Raefael follows her to Canada.
Jeric however is quiet around Rachel. (Note: Jeric, Rachel, and Raefael now attend the same school.) One day, Rachel sees Jeric and another girl making out. She rushes away but was followed by Jeric.
‘Wait Rachel, it not what you think.’
Rachel smiles wryly at him. ‘It’s alright, you don’t have to explain.’
‘No, I want to explain. She and I are just friends, there’s nothing going on between us, she was just drunk that’s all.’
‘You don’t have to explain, it’s not like I’m your girlfriend.’
‘But I want you to be. Ever since you’ve arrived I’ve always wanted to tell you but didn’t had the courage. I like you.’
Rachel’s awkward expression turns serious, ‘You like me? Exactly what about me do you like? Is it because of my appearance? I look quite different don’t I? I’ve waited for you to say that for years, but now that I hear it, I find it meaningless. Sorry, I don’t like you anymore.’ With that she turned away.
Facing her favorite painting in the school she started to cry. That was when he first caught sight of her. Tyler (look for a tall and slender actor, someone like Enchong Dee), fell instantly on love with her. She ran away to hide her tears.
Later on Rachel confided in Raefael.
‘But you still like him, don’t you?’ he asked looking at her painfully.
Silence. ‘I’m so tired of having to look at his back. I’m so tired of being ignored.’
With that she sinks into Rafael’s broad chest in tears.
Raefael invites Rachel back to the Philippines, she accepts. Reaching the Philippines, she finds out that Jeric had met an accident while trying to stop her from going back to the Philippines. Though moved, she refused to go back because she’d already chosen her path. Instead, she leaves Raefael and leads a peaceful school life.
Couple years have past, all three have successful careers. Raefael as a veteran actor, Jeric as an engineer, and Rachel as an activist/volunteer. Jeric and Tyler come to the Philippines. The stage is set. The actors are on. What will happen when all 4 meet? Who will Rachel choose?
Jeric – her childhood friend who she finds out had also loved her from childhood
Raefael – the person who has been there for her and continues to look for her
Tyler – a mysterious person who enters her life unexpectedly
Extras:
Model girlfriend – the girl pursuing Raefael, who was supposed to do ‘Walking in Faith’. Because of her Raefael gets killed/she kills Raefael allowing Tyler to enter Rachel’s life.
